BMC Remedy Developer and Architect – STÄNGD (Stängd)

• Lead Platform Improvements: Oversee the implementation of small to medium-sized improvements on the BMC Remedy platform from start to finish. This includes gathering requirements from stakeholders, designing, building, testing, and deploying the improvements.
• Issue Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to the BMC Remedy platform, ensuring the system operates smoothly.
• End User Support: Provide ongoing support to users, assisting them with both simple and advanced requests.

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing the BMC Remedy platform, including modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and custom-built applications.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with both team members and stakeholders while also working independently. Experience working in a global context is a plus.
• Troubleshooting Abilities: Skilled in diagnosing problems within both the BMC Remedy application and the hosting environment.
• Development Proficiency: Capable of analyzing requirements and developing appropriate solutions based on user and stakeholder needs.

Required Experience:

• Remedy as a development platform.
• Remedy as an integration and automation platform, including experience with RESTful APIs and Spoon.
• BMC CMDB.
• Smart Reporting.
• Digital Workplace.

Beneficial Experience:

• BMC Helix platform knowledge.
• Familiarity with Helix Dashboards and DWP Catalog

Additional Skills:

• MS SQL.
• AWS deployments and Terraform.
• Python programming.
