Role: Change enablement expert

Our clients team:
You will join the Operational Excellence Team at our client within gaming/betting who supports the Product and Product Development departments at our client (approximately 1000 people).

The consultant would first understand the current processes, then bring new solutions, improvements, and then help our client implementing the changes and train the teams.

What the team does:

• Review and coordinate changes, approvals and communications
• CAB meetings
• Supporting with CAR list maintenance
• Compliance reporting
• Periodic reports for audits as requested
• Setting up workflows
• Adapting to compliance requirements
• Create and maintain process documentation

Frameworks and Tools:

• ITIL 4, but the client is open for suggestions
• Jira

What our client needs:

• An expert to review our current change enablement processes
• An experienced consultant who can assess our clients current operations/procedures, take into account the departmental/business setup and needs, and advise on ways that change enablement could be optimised
• Ability to handle the regulatory requirements – as our client are operating in many jurisdictions which have their respective regulations – and again, see if their processes could be improved

Extent: 100%
Start: October/november
Duration of assignment: 3-6 months
Location: Ideally Malta, but Stockholm would be considered if the fit is right
