
Change Manager SAP S/4HANA
Our client, a leading Paper and Pulp company, is undergoing a strategic transition to SAP S/4HANA to streamline operations, improve data management, and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
To support this change, we’re seeking an experienced Change Manager with a Commercial Focus to join the Atlas program team. You will lead change management within the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) workstream, ensuring alignment between commercial priorities and the SAP implementation. This includes engaging customers, aligning stakeholders, and translating system changes into tangible business benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute change activities within the L2C workstream.
- Communicate change rationale clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the customer perspective to address key needs and priorities.
- Support customer engagement through proactive communication and expectation management.
- Translate SAP solutions into operational and commercial value.
- Align internal stakeholders around shared goals and priorities.
- Collaborate with business leadership, SMEs, and the Change Team to drive successful outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years in change or project leadership roles, with experience in Sales and Supply Chain initiatives.
- Proficient in Prosci/ADKAR change management methodology.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- ERP implementation experience required; SAP and process industry background essential.
- Skilled in navigating complex stakeholder environments and aligning competing priorities.
- Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
- Comfortable translating ERP solutions into practical business scenarios.
Location: Based in Solna, with operations across Sweden, Finland, and the U.S. Some travel required.

Lenght: Years end initially with possible extension
