Change Manager SAP S/4HANA

Our client, a leading Paper and Pulp company, is undergoing a strategic transition to SAP S/4HANA to streamline operations, improve data management, and enhance cross-functional collaboration.

To support this change, we’re seeking an experienced Change Manager with a Commercial Focus to join the Atlas program team. You will lead change management within the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) workstream, ensuring alignment between commercial priorities and the SAP implementation. This includes engaging customers, aligning stakeholders, and translating system changes into tangible business benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute change activities within the L2C workstream.
• Communicate change rationale clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the customer perspective to address key needs and priorities.
• Support customer engagement through proactive communication and expectation management.
• Translate SAP solutions into operational and commercial value.
• Align internal stakeholders around shared goals and priorities.
• Collaborate with business leadership, SMEs, and the Change Team to drive successful outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years in change or project leadership roles, with experience in Sales and Supply Chain initiatives.
• Proficient in Prosci/ADKAR change management methodology.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
• ERP implementation experience required; SAP and process industry background essential.
• Skilled in navigating complex stakeholder environments and aligning competing priorities.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
• Comfortable translating ERP solutions into practical business scenarios.

Location: Based in Solna, with operations across Sweden, Finland, and the U.S. Some travel required.
