Senior Risk Management Specialist – STÄNGD (Stängd)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Management Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in shaping and enhancing our risk management framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting key risk-related decision-making at the executive level. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of risk policies, regulatory frameworks, and governance processes, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive risk reports and materials for risk committees, ensuring clarity and strategic insight for decision-makers.
• Lead the review, development, and implementation of risk policies and frameworks to align with industry best practices and regulatory expectations.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes, assessing their impact on risk management practices and advising stakeholders accordingly.
• Develop and deliver presentations tailored to different audiences, ensuring complex risk concepts are communicated effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, providing expert insights on risk exposure, mitigation strategies, and governance improvements.
• Ensure risk policies and frameworks are effectively embedded across the organization, working with key teams to drive a strong risk-aware culture.
• Support risk assessment activities, including scenario analysis, stress testing, and emerging risk identification.
